Fresh notes of strawberries, red cherries and blueberries exhibit a reflection of the cool climate characteristics of our coastal vineyards. Light and so with a very delicate mid-palate and fresh round finish. A seamless balance of acid and tannins make this wine vibrant and complex. 2011 was a very interesting vintage. Temperatures were very moderate through the season, ensuring slow and smooth ripening. The grapes were fermented in open top tanks with native yeast in order to preserve the natural characteristics of our vineyards. After fermentation the wine was aged in French oak barrels for eleven months. Enjoy! - Rodrigo Soto, Winemaker
